An Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

The Philadelphia region's leading provider of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs comes to WVPL with this powerful workshop. This program provides a taste of the fundamental of MSBR which has been shown to reduce anxiety, depression, and pain, and to improve well-being. Through meditation and awareness exercises, we will explore this practical time-proven approach to living fully in the present moment that has helped thousands of people achieve greater balance, vitality and health.
To fully explore the exercises, this workshop will run 90 minutes. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
