TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING:
How sugar and salt can destroy your health...and what to do about it.

You’ve been hearing for years that too much salt raises blood pressure and damages your heart, but did you know too much sugar may be just as dangerous? What happens to all the sugars and salt we put in our bodies? Are some sugars better than others? What about other carbohydrates, like wheat?

Our presenter, Judy Thalheimer is a Registered Dietitian, community educator and writer who has researched these topics for national publications.
