Extreme Snack Makeover

Are you stuck in that 10 am & 2 pm workday slump?
Is caffeine a main food group in your diet??

Join Rabiya Bower, registered dietitian and in-store nutritionist for Flourtown GIANT as she discusses easy ways to transform your snacks. Ditch the junk food for healthy and tasty alternatives. Snacking is a healthy part of a balanced diet, so come learn about high energy snacks that will fuel you through your work day, and make it that much easier to bypass the vending machine and candy jar. Samples will be provided.
