Ayurveda, translated as " The science of life," is an ancient method of healing primarily focused on increasing health and vitality through the foods we eat.  A  holistic method of wellness that looks at the entire individual, Ayurveda is easy to customize and implement in daily life. We will look at how to selectively choose foods, activities, and daily routines that suit your own physical makeup (dosha), and in doing so, create a personalized blueprint of your own path to wholeness!

Let your mind bloom in May!  Join our 4-week mini-course in Mindfulness with Certified Educator Cindy Carter-Hopson.  Ms. Carter-Hopson has trained with Satya Worldwide and The Way of Mindful Education with Daniel Rechtschaffen.  Her deep understanding of mindfulness is reinforced by her personal practice of over 20 years.
Class meets from 7 to 8 pm May 9, May 16, May 23, June 6 * (no Class May 30 – Memorial Day)

Space is limited, so sign-up as soon as possible. To maximize benefits for participants, the instructor will work with only 8 persons for the 4-week session.
