So you’ve heard all about it, your friends are doing it, you’ve told yourself you’ve been meaning to do it, and here you are, still staring at that unused yoga mat!  There is a reason everyone who does Yoga talks about it all the time, how it changed their life, how you should come to a class with them. Can you guess the reason? Yoga works!

Showing up to a Yoga class for the first time can be nerve-racking- so before the start of our Fall 8-week Session, come take this FREE class with WVPL’s instructor, Matthew Mitlas, and experience what everyone’s been talking about. Learn in a body safe and judgment-free atmosphere.
