Let your mind bloom in May! It's our "Lunch Hour" of Mindfulness and Compassion, a 6-week mini-course on Thursday afternoons. This class is designed to give you the strategies to develop your own mindfulness practice. Discover peace and well-being as you move through the program, with special attention to self-compassion. In addition to her mindfulness practice, Ms Cullinan is a cranio sacral therapist, zero balancing instructor, and visceral manipulation practitioner.
Class meets from 12:30 to 2 PM on 6 Thursdays, May 4, May 11, May 18, May 25, June 1 and June 8.
This class is limited to 15 persons to maximize benefits for participants. The course cost is $150 for the 6-week session. Registration is at the Blue Bell circulation desk only. Please sign-up with payment at the Circulation Desk. Registrations will be accepted up until the start of the first class on May 4 at 12:30 pm. Please make checks payable to Mary Alice Cullinan. The fee for this program is non-refundable after the completion of the first class on May 4.
