In this workshop we will explore the vast benefits of self-compassion and learn how meditation and other contemplative practices can help us to develop the skill of self-compassion. Learning to meet ourselves with compassion and kindness, we unleash our inner resources to meet life and its challenges with courage, confidence, and grace.
