Music Night at the Library
FEATURING 4 local singer-songwriters
Rick Denzien integrates his music with activism for a sustainable community. He is founder of the upcoming “All Music Festival and Sustainability Conference” in April 2017. He has worked with hundreds of musicians and artists as an engineer and producer at Slot One/Boffo Recording Studio in Ambler.
Debra Lee dedicates her musical gifts of songwriting, performing, and teaching here in our local community with both heartwarming and foot-tapping songs. A private music teacher in Ambler, Debra also leads workshops in songwriting, vocal performance, and creativity.
Rob Lincoln is a prolific songwriter and accomplished musician from southern New Jersey, whose musical style ranges from folk ballads to psychedelia and garage rock. He is a founder of the Philadelphia Area Songwriters Alliance (PASA) which serves songwriters throughout the Delaware Valley.
Michelle Miller is WVPL's very own Children's Librarian and an accomplished singer-songwriter in her own right. Michelle's original songs combine storytelling with a sensibility for country, pop and folk music. She was also a featured performer at the Philadelphia Folk Festival last year!

Calling Sherlock fans, readers, teens, and adults! WVPL is forming a new book group for those who love YA (teen) fiction. This month, we're going to discuss Every Breath by Ellie Marney.
Every Breath tells the story of Rachel Watts, missing the Austrailian countryside but adapting to Melbourne and her forensic obsessed neighbor, Mycroft. When one of Mycroft's eccentric friends is found murdered at the Melbourne Zoo, it is up to Mycroft and Rachel to determine who and why he was murdered. A great read for fans of the hit BBC show, Sherlock.
