Join us Tuesday, April 18th at 7pm at the Wissahickon Valley Public Library (Blue Bell) for this impactful 90-minute workshop, where we will:
-Learn what impact stress & anxiety have on your brain, and how mindfulness helps your brain manage these natural responses.
-Practice a series of mindful meditations that you can do on your own, either before or during a test, and any time you find yourself in a stressful situation.
-Have fun engaging in some mindful challenges to test what we learn.
