Chair Yoga

Join us on Friday Afternoons for Chair Yoga. Wendy Weber is our new teacher. Class is from 2 to 3 pm; $8 per class or $35 for all 8 weeks.

Wendy became involved with yoga and ballet in college. She performed with several modern dance companies and taught ballet classes for beginner students. She continues to be inspired by the mental, physical and spiritual connections she discovers through her yoga practice. She received her 500 hour advanced certification in August 2012 and believes that yoga is for all ages, fitness levels, mobility, and body types. Through relaxation we can effortlessly move away from the concepts of our limitations and create new possibilities!
