Here is how you can participate in the Summer Reading Challenge:

Log your books easily in one of two ways:

  1. Paper Log (preferred). Pick up your log at the library or print at home with the links below.
  2. On a smart device or computer, download the "Beanstack Tracker" app or visit https://wvpl.beanstack.com/reader365.  Look for WVPL when signing up.  (Grownups - Register yourself first, then follow the prompts to register your family members).

**If you are logging your books in Beanstack, this means you are not using the paper log**

All children and teens who participate in tracking their reading are invited to our end-of-summer party!  Your reading log is your entrance ticket to the party, so please bring it with you!  Party information is on the back of your reading log.  We will have t-shirts to give away (while supplies last), ice cream, crafts, and a free book of your choice to take home and keep!

But before our party can even begin, we have TONS of fun events going on each week! Check out the link below for a full list of summer programs at both the Blue Bell AND Ambler libraries!

PASSPORT PROGRAM

Adventure out to other libraries in Montgomery County this summer with our passport program! Participating libraries are listed in the passport, which can be picked up, in person only, at the Blue Bell OR Ambler library.

When you visit participating libraries, look for the Passport to Adventure” sign that tells you where to get your passport stamped.

If Blue Bell is your starting library AND you receive at least 12 stamps throughout the summer, please return your passport to our location before August 30 to receive your prize (another book!).

FAQ:

I'm unable to attend the summer reading party.  Can I receive my prizes before the party?

No.  If you are unable to attend the party, that's perfectly okay (and we will miss you!), however, you may come to the library any time after the party through August 30 to receive your prizes, while supplies last.  Prizes will not be given on any date before the party.

I'm tracking my reading in the Beanstack app.  How can I enter the party without a paper reading log?

Beanstack automatically updates the list of names, in real time, for those who track their reading in the app, so we will already have your name on file!  If we don't have your name on file, that means you are not signed up in the Beanstack app.
