T'ai Chi

T'ai Chi is a low impact exercise for adults that helps with balance, motor skills, and maintaining calmness throughout the mind and body. This class is for students who are new to T'ai Chi and would like to learn the exercises.

No registration required!

Cost: 9 weeks for $60. No drop-ins accepted; new students must attend the first class of each session.
Next Session: April 21 to June 30. No class May 5 or May 26.
