Trauma‑Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) offers a gentle, choice‑driven practice that welcomes every body—no prior experience required.
Participants explore breathing, movement, and rest in a safe, hands-free environment, whether on a mat, chair, or standing. Over time, the class supports greater body awareness, self-acceptance, and the ability to stay present and honor your own pace.
All are welcome.
Bring your own mat. Chairs are available. $10 drop in or $60 for eight week session.
It’s that time of year again!!

Are you curious about the lovely Sustainable Property signs popping up in yards around Whitpain? Or are you interested in talking with your neighbors about ways to make our properties more environmentally sustainable?
If so Join us to learn more about Whitpain Environmental Advisory Council's Sustainable Property Program.
You will hear an over view of the program, watch a panel discussion of Whitpain residents who have joined the program and get a chance to ask EAC members and program neighbors any questions you might have.
Mike has combined his love for performing with his passion for magic history creating the new show," The History of Mystery." This is definitely not your typical magic show! During the performance the audience will not only hear about magic and magicians from the past but you will see antiquarian magic recreated and performed by Mike. Plus, its a multi-media show; antiquarian images will be projected to accompany the performance. The historical facts and tidbits about magic's past make the show fascinating and the performance of the magic makes the show engaging and fun.
For our October get-together, we will be celebrating Oktoberfest and cooking German recipes.
There are two cookbooks at the circulation desk for you to peruse, copy recipes, and tag.
