Having a strong vision for your life gives you purpose and inspiration. Vision Boards-- a collage of meaningful images, words, and colors that reflect your life vision, are one of the most powerful ways to asssess your life, re-motivate, and take action. In this workshop, Matthew will help you clarify your life vision with prompts and meditations, offer a small lecture on cosmology/manifestation, and facilitate a productive and fun DIY vision board experinece. You will leave with your very own Vision Board!

Join us for a night of Live Unscripted Improvisational Comedy. Rick Horner and his friends show us how it's done.

They perform short form games (think..... " whose line is it anyways?")  The individuals or small groups of performers facing off in quick, but hilarious challenges.

Come in for laughs,   You are welcome to participate if you like.
