T'ai Chi is a low impact exercise for adults that helps with balance, motor skills, and maintaining calmness throughout the mind and body. This class is for those who have a basic knowledge of the exercises and want more depth.

Cost for Continuing and Intermediate classes: 9 weeks for $60 (drop-ins are welcome at $8 per class.)
Next Session: April 21 to June 30. No class May 5 or May 26.
